Comments: Could you all please make an effort to come on over to New Orleans. There is sad void of ANY western swing out this way, let alone excellent stuff such as your own. So please, in your tours, head on out east and do New orleans a solid, remind this town what roots music really is.

He read my e-mail out on air so all his listeners got to hear of you.
Every minute of your show last night was superb and a great mix of tempo - what musicianship and musicality .... and energy you all have.
We had to rush off at the end but did buy two CDs to go with the two be bought last time you were here. PLEASE come back to Cardiff, or any venue in South Wales.

Comments: Superb gig in Cardiff. I agree with the introduction that you are the best exponents of Hot Jazz and Western Swing in the known universe. Really liked the self-penned numbers too- keep them coming. Though pace, virtuoso licks, energy and brio were absolute core quailities of the performance it was also good to get a change of pace to rest my aching tapping feet. Please come back to Cardiff- our invited friends were blown away and will certainly spread the word. I will also tell my nephew in Maine to see you at Boothbay Harbour. He is in for a treat. |
