Having a great time getting my friends all caught up on the Hot Club of Cowtown, and congratulations on the new album coming out in the spring.

It's like a second homecoming for me as I was studying Mozart and Mendelssohn on the violin while learning those "flat key standards" as my jazz piano-playing father would hit the keyboards after a tough day's shift as editor of our hometown Charlotte Observer.

I feel in listening to the HCC, I am picking up where I left off studying Django or those marvelous Grappelli-Menhuin jazz-classical duos in the late '70s and '80s! Or even the Borodin String Quartet No. 2 and Prince Igor's prelude to what became known as "Stranger in Paradise" in the 1950s!

And kudos for the stellar guitar and bass work! I love passing those on to all my strumming friends from Carolina to Texas! It's a daunting task getting all my guitar and bass pals to perk up at something worth their attention, but your music gets them out of their rockers and back to the folk circle jams!

Godspeed and keep the great songs coming for all the swing, jazz and country music aficionados all across the land!

We are big fans having first heard you on Larry's Country Diner; then heard you would be playing Ft.Worth's Live Oak Theater and could hardly wait to see you in person:  quite impressive.  Then we drove to Wichita Falls, TX to hear you at the Swing Festival and once again totally impressed.  Next we heard you would be back in Ft. Worth at the Live Oak last weekend.  We almost missed the date, but got tickets the night before your performance.  You three are so talented, play such a variety of music, and work so well together.   We enjoyed meeting each of you, and we're already planning our next opportunity to hear you play.  We tell everyone who'll listen about your band and we keep your CDs handy for our road trips.  Please continue to keep us entertained.  We look forward to seeing you and hearing you again soon.

Finally! My daughter and I will get to see you live this Friday night in Fayetteville, AR. You were staying at Big Cedar Lodge with your family while on hiatus several years ago and she wasn't quiet old enough to go to a "gig." I know you'll be awesome :-)

Trailing of the Sheep 2015 Ketchum, Idaho. Sheepherder’s Ball.

The dance floor was full.  Music was great!  The band is so personable, that you would think that they are your own personal friends.  The hardest working band that I have ever seen.  If you get a chance to see them perform, don’t miss the opportunity.   I hope they come back next year.

Hi all.  You're one of my favorite groups.  And my 5-yr-old grand-daughter loves you too!  (She was at the show in Saugatuck, MI.  Whit even noticed her in the audience.)   We recently "discovered" the Quebe Sisters Band.  I'm betting you know who they are.  Three fiddling sisters.  When my grand-daughter saw them on line she said, "It's like three Elanas"!!!!  Well, not quite....but they are pretty dang good!  Haha!  Hope you come to northern Indiana or southern Michigan soon!

Thanks SO much for coming to the Great Lakes Folk Festival in East Lansing, MI!
Funny story: I'd originally heard Elana at this festival a few years ago. Today we were at the festival. I was perusing the CDs at the CDs booth and I saw her 2015 album. I asked the volunteers running the booth "is she here?" They thought I meant right there, and apparently Elana, you had literally just walked away. What I had meant though, was Is Elana at the Festival! Sorry, boys, I didn't recognize "Hot Club of Cowtown" as the Band that Elana was in, I just knew- and loved her music!
Anyway, thanks again for coming. You all have such great music. Please keep coming back-and come more often!

Hi all

Thank you for the music brought with love, fun, joy and dedication.
Its hard to run a business, travel and perform the way you do. May you never run short of energy, inspiration or the enthusiasm to bring your wonderful music to the UK. Keep safe always.

Possibly someday you'll tour the south coast of Turkey where lots of British, Dutch and Americans are living - myself included. http://www.southcoastofturkey.com  We'd all love to hear your music performed here.  Cheers - Ken Curtis
